Article 7 public hearings and comments

The DOE has added the information for the Indpls public hearing:

May 7, 2008 – Indianapolis
Public testimony will begin at 9:00 a.m.

MSD of Washington Township
8550 Woodfield Crossing Blvd.

Please check the IN*SOURCE website (http://www.insource.org/Article7PublicHearings.html) for more information on the public hearing process; it is more formal than the public forums which were previously held.
It is CRUCIAL that families complete the online survey (http://www.doe.in.gov/exceptional/article7/comment-article7.html%29 and ATTEND the public hearings, esp in Indianapolis where State Board members are expected to be in attendance.
Talking points have been posted at http://www.fvindiana.blogspot.com/ and you may contact Family Voices at fv.indiana@gmail.com if you need further assistance.
