Funding for Family to Family Health Information Centers (F2F HICs ) centers in all other states and the District of Columbia may run out at the end of federal fiscal year 2009 if no action is taken by the Senate Finance Committee. They were created in Title V of the Social Security Act as part of the Family Opportunity Act/Deficit Reduction Act of 2005.
