Family Voices Indiana shares the following communication from DDRS: To: Individuals Residing in a Group Home through the Supervised Group Living Program From: Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services Re: Consumer Information Regarding SGL Conversion Date: April 23, 2013 As an individual residing in an Indiana group home through the Supervised Group Living (SGL) Program, I am writing to you to share some upcoming changes and opportunities that will be happening throughout 2013, 2014, and 2015. Indiana recently received funding from the federal government to transition individuals from group home funding to home and community based waiver funding. For many of you, this is something you have waited for a long time. For others, this is an opportunity to receive additional services and options that you may have not had in the past.
