June 14 National Call-In Day to Save Health Care

June 14 National Call-In Day to Save Health Care

Senate leadership is charging ahead with a bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and slash Medicaid funding. The Senate is hoping to vote on this bill by the end of the month, so we only have a brief window of time to defeat this bill.

Senate leaders have said their bill will be 80 percent the same as the so-called American Health Care Act (AHCA), which passed the House of Representatives in May. AHCA would yank health care coverage from 23 million people, and slash Medicaid funding by more than $800 billion.

Take action on Wednesday, June 14 to call your senators and tell them to vote NO on any measure to repeal the ACA and slash Medicaid funding.
