Provider feedback sessions available

Since January, the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services has provided a wide variety of opportunities for individuals, families, providers, case managers and other stakeholders to comment on its Waiver Redesign Initial Concept Paper. Specifically, BDDS has provided face-to-face feedback sessions for individuals and families through various Building Bridges events hosted by BDDS and Self-Advocate and Family Feedback Sessions hosted by IIDC. To complement these opportunities, we are pleased to announce the following series of feedback sessions focused on providers and case managers. These provider focused feedback sessions will provide a brief overview of the Waiver Redesign Initial Concept Paper with ample time to ask questions, provide recommendations and share ideas. Training Coordinator 
Full time exempt, 40 hours/week 


Job Purpose: The Family-to-Family Network Associate Director divides his/her time between program creation, planning and execution to enhance the Family Voices Indiana Family-to-Family Health Information Network and delivering educational training presentations to families and professionals about topics pertinent to families who have children with special healthcare needs or disabilities. S/he also assists in planning and executing training and fundraising events. Duties include training development, program marketing, delivering presentations, materials and evaluation development and event planning.
