Overall, the 2015 legislative session was a good one for issues important to people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, their families, and those who provide critical services to them. Passed Budget Makes Investment in People with Disabilities **HB 1001 State Budget. Budget Bill. The budget bill passed both houses by party line votes. The bill provides funding for some key services and support for people with disabilities. Includes a $1 million appropriation each year of the biennium for Adult Volunteer Guardianship Programs.
